A lovely vintage pair of Picchiotti diamond heart earrings set in 18 carat yellow gold. From a discontinued collection, each earring is composed of a pave set diamond heart, bordered with a ridged design. Each heart is set with diamonds which sparkle elegantly once on the ear lobe. The hearts are set in polished yellow gold which look fantastic once on the ear. The earrings are secured to reverse with a post and omega clip fitting. They could be worn for everyday wear or dressed up for more special occasions!
