Vintage 6.20ct Aquamarine and Double Diamond Cluster Dress Ring

A striking retro aquamarine and diamond ring; featuring a central 6.2ct oval aquamarine bordered by two tiers of sparkling white diamonds. Mounted in platinum leading to a solid 18ct yellow gold shank.
