A stunning, early 20th century platinum and diamond set wristwatch by Patek Philippe. Circa 1920’s.

The 14mm platinum case is set with 22 old-cut diamonds totalling 0.66 carats. Powered by a manual winding movement. Presented on a later 9ct white gold woven mesh adjustable strap with secure fold-over clasp.
