Edwardian Antique Natural Ruby and Old Cut Diamond Plaque Ring

A stunning antique French ruby and diamond two stone cluster plaque ring. A natural ruby and old mine-cut diamond is nestled within a surround of smaller old-cut diamonds. Mounted in platinum upon 18ct yellow gold. Circa 1900's.

  • Ruby: approx. 0.80 carats, measuring 5.7 x 4.5mm
  • Principal diamond: approx. 1.00 carat, measuring 6.31 x 5.45mm, H colour with VVS clarity
  • Remaining diamonds: approx. 1.10 carat total
  • Total diamond weight: approx. 2.10 carat total
  • Metal: Tests as platinum and 18ct gold
  • Hallmarks: French eagles head and maker
  • Ring size: N 1/4 (UK) / 6.75 (US), can be resized
  • Head dimensions: 17 x 9mm
