Belle Epoque 12cts Diamond Platinum Heart Pendant and Chain

A stunning Belle Époque diamond and platinum heart pendant with chain. The central old-cut diamond is nestled within a surrounding cluster of pear shape petals set with old-cut and smaller rose-cut diamonds, with an old-cut diamond set fleur-de-lys below, and a diamond set foliate design either side, forming an openwork heart. Mounted in platinum with millegrain edges. Presented on a removable decorative chain of filigree links with old-cut diamonds in square settings connected with trace links, fastened with a bolt ring marked IRID PLAT, on a dropping, opening bail. Circa 1910.
