Cabochon sapphire ring with diamond set shoulders, the 16.42 carat Burmese sapphire certificated as natural untreated and measuring approx. 15.7 x 14.1 x 9.75 mm, the brilliant cut diamonds (colour F/G, clarity IF/VS) totalling 1.60 carats, Bulgari, circa 1980.
