A stunning tiara set with one hundred and fifty-seven diamonds totaling over 6.65 carats dating from the decadent Belle Epoque period.

This versatile piece of jewellery has a screw system at the back that enables the wearer to change the item in order to wear a pendant, necklace or brooch instead.
