An impressive mid 19th century 15ct yellow gold and blue enamel snake bangle encrusted with pearls, diamonds, and rubies. Made in England, Circa 1840’s.

This striking bangle has been realistically made with an open mouth, the top of a head has been encrusted with 7 pearls forming a flower bloom, eyes set with 2 rubies, and the end of the head encrusted with 4 rose-cut diamonds. The blue enamel body is hinged in 4 places and mounted in yellow gold.
