A magnificent antique Dutch gold chatelaine pendant set with a huge citrine of over 100ct. This marvellous Regency pendant features a 105ct citrine mounted in 18ct gold.

Condition: very good condition

Country of origin: The former Southern Netherlands, now Belgium

Period: ca. 1820

Material: 18ct red gold (touchstone tested)

Precious stones: One citrine with an estimated weight of 105.00ct.

– All colour stone weights are approximate since stones are not removed from their mounts to preserve the integrity of the setting.

– It is a very common practice to treat gemstones to intensify their clarity or colour. The item in question has not been tested in this regard.

Hallmarks: The hallmark found (the cornucopia or horn of plenty) in this jewel was used in the former Southern Netherlands (now Belgium) between 1815 and 1832.
