This antique Belle Epoque diamond and ruby ring with an old brilliant cut diamond, estimated to weigh 0.55ct, to calibre rubies and furthermore old brilliant cut diamonds, weighing estimated total of 1.60ct, all set to a platinum and 18ct yellow gold mount.
