Antique Art Deco Sapphire Diamond Target Ring

Antique Art Deco Sapphire Diamond Target Ring

A superb antique Art Deco sapphire and diamond target ring. The ring is set with a central 1.10ct natural sapphire, surrounded by 23 baguette cut sapphires and 36 rose-cut diamonds mounted in platinum in 18ct white gold.

Period: ca. 1920

Material: platinum and 18ct white gold.

Diamond(s): 36 rose-cut diamonds. We do not have the weight of the diamonds which is normal in our trade when it comes to rose cuts.

Precious stones: One natural sapphire with an estimated weight of 1.10ct.
23 baguette-cut sapphires. We did not check if the sapphires are lab produced or not as this information has no influence on the value of this jewel. Natural sapphires and lab produced sapphires were both used in this era, rather more for their effect than for their intrinsic value.

– All colour stone weights are approximate since stones are not removed from their mounts to preserve the integrity of the setting.

Hallmarks: No trace.
